As a Holistic Health Coach I look at the human body as the sum of many parts. My job is to identify the areas that are lacking attention, thus causing discomfort and often unhappiness. An unknown food allergy or too much time spent sitting behind a computer can have a domino effect on your entire well being. By treating you as a whole person, nourishing your body with whole foods, removing toxins and addictive substances, even managing stress – we are taking care of the underlying causes of weight-gain, fatigue and even disease.
Our bodies are dynamic organisms, constantly changing and evolving, and each one of us is unique. Put simply, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healthy living. My goal is to find a solution for you that fits into your daily routine, and that compliments your personality and outlook.

This is your way to get a completely customized roadmap to health, developed with your health history, lifestyle, desires and specific goals in mind. Have you tried all kinds of crazy diets, cleanses and resolutions on your own, but just never seem able to stick with it? Well, it might be time to partner up!
As your health coach I will both motivate you and hold you accountable. We’ll get clear on your goals together and I’ll share practical, tangible tools and educational materials (if you want them!) – because I believe knowledge is power and that change can happen once we really understand WHY.
Why? Because it’s harder to go at it alone and so much more fun when we do it together. The 50-minute, one-on-one coaching sessions will be conducted over the phone or via Skype. This package is great for those who are ready to make a lifestyle change. You want to have more energy and finally feel great about the way you look. I can guide you through a safe and effective detox program where not only will you lose some weight, but you will feel rejuvenated, energized and be glowing again. I believe it’s important to cleanse our bodies from time to time.
